A breathwork journey to music enriched with healing frequencies creating intentional and powerful group coherence energy within a safe space.

What to bring
Yoga mat, bolster or cushion, blanket, warm comfortable clothing, journal/pen, water, eye mask (if you have)
We have some of the above, but please bring your own if possible
Bring an intention, and you might like to bring a small personal item that has meaning to you

What to expect
15-20 mins Intro, Creating a safe space, Breathwork fundamentals
45-50 mins guided immersive breathwork
10 mins Heart Brain Coherence (0.1 Hz) – sound healing and integration
Discussion/Journalling/Q&A
Closing the space

Esther is a certified XPT high performance breathwork coach and Sonic breathwork facilitator. Owner/operator of CoreFitness Tutukaka, with 30+ years’ experience in the fitness industry, Esther integrates breathwork, functional movement, mindfulness/meditation, life coaching, ayurvedic and indigenous practices into her work as a holistic pt.
